Re the repair on my Audi TT. Using the Smart Alloy web site I uploaded a picture of the damage to the alloy in question whilst asking for a quote and a timeframe at the same time. I received a very prompt response answering all of my questions. Smart Alloy came to my house at the agreed time the following day with all the equipment to repair the wheel in their own van which doubled as a work shop; the 4 inch scrape is no more and the wheel now looks as good as new!
